Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

This website, 2secondmethod.com, is owned and operated by Ziberon MB, registration number 307083208, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius. Ziberon MB is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights in section 7, email [email protected]. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to.

2. What we collect

  • Your email address and first name — given by you at checkout.
  • Account and access records — the WordPress/WooCommerce account created for you and the products your account can access.
  • Purchase records — what you bought, when, how much you paid and the status of your order. We do not hold your card number.
  • Email activity — delivery, unsubscribe and link-click information generated when we send an email, where that feature is enabled.
  • Technical and checkout data — IP address, browser information, pages visited, and checkout details needed to keep the site secure and complete your order.

We collect your email address as soon as you type it into the checkout form, before you pay. This lets us create your account, send access details after a purchase, and send a reminder if you start an order and do not finish it.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Purpose Legal basis
Taking payment and giving you access to what you bought Performance of our contract with you
Creating and administering your account; sending access details, receipts and service messages Performance of our contract with you
Keeping accounting and tax records Legal obligation
Emailing you about an unfinished order, and later about our products Our legitimate interest in marketing our own similar products to our customers and enquirers. You can stop this at any time — see section 5.
Security, fraud prevention and keeping the site running Our legitimate interest in protecting the service
Optional Meta advertising measurement, if we enable it in the future Your consent, collected before Meta is loaded

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use the following providers and software to operate the site:

Provider or software What for What it processes Where
Hostinger Website hosting and server infrastructure Website, account, order and technical request data stored or processed to run the site According to the hosting configuration and Hostinger’s applicable data-processing terms
WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Memberships Site content, customer accounts, orders and access to purchased material Name, email address, account details, orders and membership/access records Processed on the Hostinger-hosted WordPress installation
FunnelKit and FunnelKit Automations Checkout funnel, order recovery and customer email automation Name, email address, checkout activity, order and automation/unsubscribe records Processed on the Hostinger-hosted WordPress installation and by any enabled FunnelKit service
FluentSMTP and the approved mailbox provider configured for the site Sending transactional and marketing emails Email address, name and email delivery data Processed through the configured mailbox provider
Stripe Payment processing Email, name, payment details and purchase history. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. Ireland / USA

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Marketing emails

If you give us your email address at checkout, we may send you emails about our own products, including a reminder if you start an order without finishing it. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately and stops all marketing email, including any already scheduled.

Unsubscribing never affects service messages about something you have bought: account, access, receipt, refund and delivery emails are part of the product or service and are sent regardless.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect the site, and keep WooCommerce, FunnelKit and Stripe checkout working. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

We do not use PostHog. Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API are not enabled at launch. If we decide to enable Meta advertising measurement later, we will first implement consent gating and will not load or send Meta measurement data unless you have given the required consent. We will update this policy at that time.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted, where we have no continuing basis to keep it;
  • restrict or object to our processing, including objecting to direct marketing at any time;
  • receive your data in a portable format; and
  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. Deleting your data may remove access to material you have purchased. We must keep transaction records for as long as tax law requires, even if you ask for erasure.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt) or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live.

8. How long we keep it

  • Purchase and accounting records — for as long as Lithuanian tax law requires, currently ten years.
  • Your account and access records — for as long as you have access to a product you bought.
  • Enquirers who never bought — up to two years from your last interaction, then deleted.
  • Unsubscribe records — kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we do not email you again.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Accounts use the standard WordPress/WooCommerce password setup and reset process. Administrative pages are not available to the public.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify the supervisory authority and, where required, you.

10. Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
