This website, 2secondmethod.com, is owned and operated by Ziberon MB, registration number 307083208, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ziberon MB; “you” means the person using the site or buying a product.

By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to a specific section of the site or a product or service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy anything through it.
We sell digital content: written lessons and related materials delivered online through a members’ area on this site. Nothing physical is shipped. The main product is The 2-Second Method at €19. Other products may be offered alongside it at the prices shown at the time of purchase.
All prices are shown in euro and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to you is the one shown when you complete your order.
Checkout is operated through WooCommerce and FunnelKit, with payments processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. For a one-click upsell, Stripe may securely store your payment method against a customer record; you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing us.
You confirm that you are legally able to use the payment method you provide and that the details you give us are accurate.
After successful payment, we send an access email to the address you provide. Your WordPress/WooCommerce account is created using that email address and the email includes a password-setup link. You can then access your purchased material through My Account and use the normal password-reset process if needed. It is your responsibility to provide a working email address and check your spam folder. If your access email has not arrived, email us and we will resend it.
We aim to keep the members’ area available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or reorganise the content.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving any reason. To withdraw, email us at [email protected] within that period and we will refund you in full, using the same payment method, without undue delay.
We do not ask you to waive this right in exchange for immediate access, and we do not require an explanation or evidence that you tried the material. Requesting a refund ends your licence to use the content and your access to the members’ area.
Outside the 14-day period, refunds are at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first — we would rather fix it directly than have you raise a chargeback.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own private purposes. You may not copy, republish, resell, share, upload or otherwise distribute the content, in whole or in part, and you may not share your account access with anyone else.
All content on the site remains our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where we reasonably believe the content is being redistributed or the licence otherwise breached.
The content is educational and is not medical advice. We are not doctors, therapists or healthcare providers, and using this site does not create any clinical or therapeutic relationship. The material is general information written for a general audience; it is not tailored to you and it takes no account of your medical history, medication or circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We may change the site, the products and these Terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order, and changes do not apply retrospectively to a purchase you have already made.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.
We would always rather resolve a complaint directly — email us first. If we cannot resolve it, you may use any consumer-dispute route available to you under applicable law.
